Homework
Homework is a vital part to our learning. It encourages independence, resilience and demonstrates a degree of personal fortitude. Homework should not be viewed as a ‘add-on’ that lacks relevance to the topic that is being studied in within the subject, however it should be seen as almost an extension of one’s lesson.
Homework will be set by the subject teacher, and applications such as Seneca and Sparxlers will be utilised. All homework will be set on EduLink for parents and students to see. Students are expected to hand in their homework on the due date set on EduLink. Sanctions for lack of homework is a 30 minute faculty detention after school.
